We offer private instruction on all the GYROTONIC® equipment and duets as well as group classes on the 5 pulley towers.

    • Group Class $30
    • Private lessons $75 – $120 (state tax not included)
    • Duets $150 (state tax not included)
    • Packages and apprentice rates available

Gyrotonic Pully Tower Group Classes

Clients must have previous GYROTONIC® experience to drop in to an ongoing class depending on the class level.

    • Mondays, 5:30pm
      Mixed Level, Cassidy
    • Tuesdays,  5:30 pm Intermediate, Audrey
    • Saturday 10:30 Intermediate Dancer class

Pilates Equipment Circuit
