


Our studio features five pulley towers and a full range of specialized equipment: the Leg Extension Unit, Ladder & Archway, Jumping Stretching Board, and Gyrotoner.

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Check our class and teacher training schedules regularly—we’re always adding new offerings, including workshops and trainings led by guest teachers who have traveled the world teaching Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis and Pilates.
