The GYROTONIC® method is an original, and unique movement system that enables simultaneous lengthening and strengthening of muscles, stimulates circulation and enhances joint mobility and coordination. 

GYROTONIC® exercise sequences are composed of spiraling circular movements which flow together seamlessly in rhythmic repetitions and with corresponding breathing patterns.

THE SANTA FE STUDIO

Our light and bright studio is fully equipped & spacious and is located on the ground floor in the Second Street Studios complex in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We offer GYROTONIC® and Pilates private and group classes, as well as professional teacher trainings. Whether you’re a student or a teacher, we invite you to come move with us.

Our studio features five pulley towers and a full range of specialized equipment: the Leg Extension Unit, Ladder & Archway, Jumping Stretching Board, and Gyrotoner.
