Ann Morrison

Ann Morrison, Certified Level I Gyrotonic Instructor initially discovered the Gyrotonic method in the early 2000’s when living in Washington, DC. She has practiced Gyrotonic as her preferred method of body work for over two decades. After moving to Santa Fe and encountering an injury Ann rediscovered the healing and strengthening benefits of Gyrotonic. It was also one of the few activities she could engage in during her recovery.

Ann finds the applications of Gyrotonic helpful to supporting her other fitness activities of golf, tennis, skiing and hiking. She also finds it particularly helpful for seniors in increasing overall mobility, flexibility and core strength.

After retiring she decided to pursue becoming a certified instructor. She offers private instruction at $75/hour for individuals and offers a discount for 10 pack packages. Please contact for information about duet and class fees.

You can contact Ann for additional information and availability at (202) 316-5809, or annmorrisondc@gmail.com.
